Meraaquii is a creative advertising, branding, and digital agency working primarily with real estate and retail clients. Our services span social media content, 3D architectural visualization, performance marketing, and digital reporting, helping brands tell their story with precision and imagination.
About the Role
We're looking for a 3D Artist specializing in Landscape Design to join our visualization team. You'll bring outdoor spaces - gardens, courtyards, resorts, township green zones, parks, and other landscape environments - to life for our real estate clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical 3D craft and creative environmental storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic 3D landscape visualizations for real estate and retail projects, including gardens, walkways, water features, outdoor amenities, and site plans
- Model terrain, vegetation (trees, shrubs, groundcover), hardscape elements, and outdoor furniture with strong attention to scale and realism
- Set up lighting, materials, and rendering using V-Ray and Corona Renderer to achieve high-quality, client-ready output
- Build and maintain a library of reusable assets (plant species, textures, landscape elements) to improve turnaround efficiency
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and the marketing team to align visualizations with the overall project vision and brand narrative
- Interpret 2D landscape plans, site layouts, and mood boards, and translate them into compelling 3D scenes
- Suggest creative compositions, camera angles, and seasonal/time-of-day variations that elevate the storytelling of a space
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent visual quality
- Stay current with trends in landscape architecture, rendering techniques, and visualization tools
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in 3D visualization, with a strong portfolio focused on landscape/exterior design (real estate, resorts, township, or urban planning projects preferred)
- Hands-on proficiency in 3ds Max, with strong command of V-Ray and Corona Renderer
- Solid understanding of landscape elements - planting design, terrain modeling, hardscaping, water bodies, and outdoor lighting
- Working knowledge of texturing and material creation for natural elements (foliage, stone, water, wood)
- Strong sense of composition, color, light, and mood - able to bring creative ideas to the table, not just execute briefs
- Ability to interpret architectural/landscape drawings and CAD files
Good to Have
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Lumion
- Knowledge of Forest Pack, RailClone, or similar scattering/plugin tools for vegetation
- Exposure to drone/aerial reference-based visualization
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on high-visibility real estate and retail projects across multiple cities
- A collaborative, creatively driven studio environment
- Room to grow into a senior visualization or art direction role
- Competitive compensation based on experience and portfolio strength
Pay: ₹12,077.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Leave encashment
- Paid sick time
- Paid time off
Work Location: In person
