· Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and references.
· Promote and sell company products (Deposits /loans/services) directly to customers.
· Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities as per company policies.
· Maintain branch records, files, and operational documentation properly.
· Develop branch-level business growth strategies.
· Recruit Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) for branch business activities.
· Train and guide CREs on products, sales, and customer handling.
· Recruit field agents and business agents for business expansion.
· Assign responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- 1-3 yrs of exp. in BFSI, Preferably in Direct Sales: 3 years (Required)
