Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and building a positive work culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, administrative staff, and support roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and campus drives
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination and leave tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Develop employee engagement activities and retention strategies
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- MBA in HR (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience in education / training sector (added advantage)
- Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
