Responsibilities:
- Take guest orders and serve food & beverages
- Support bartenders with service and operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, glassware and equipment.
- Collect and clear used glasses and plates.
- Restock beverages, garnishes and bar supplies.
- Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of popular drinks, beers, and wine varieties.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift heavy objects like beer kegs and stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Possession of (or willingness to obtain) local alcohol server training certification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
