Role Description The Research and Development Intern role is a part-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support R&D activities by conducting literature reviews, gathering and analyzing data, and assisting in the design and testing of prototypes or experiments. Daily tasks may include preparing reports, documenting findings, maintaining laboratory or technical workspaces, and collaborating with senior team members on ongoing projects. The intern will also help present research outcomes, participate in team discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologies.

Research competitor products/services in our category and track what’s trending
- Monitor GeM Portal and other government tender platforms for relevant tenders and RFPs
- Track similar products, pricing, and positioning in the market
- Conduct open-source research (OSINT) across various platforms — websites, LinkedIn, forums, news
- Bring new ideas and feature suggestions based on market gaps
- Maintain organized trackers/sheets for competitor activity, tenders, and market updates
- Share weekly research summaries and insights with the team
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
