Overview
At Wenodo, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven UK Payroll Manager to lead our UK Payroll function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end UK payroll processing, strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance, and proven expertise in managing payroll teams, ensuring service excellence, and driving operational efficiency.

Experience: 8+ Years (3+ years in managerial role)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end UK payroll for multiple clients.
- Oversee CIS payroll and HMRC compliance.
- Review payroll calculations, FPS, EPS, P45, P60, year-end activities, reconciliations and audits.
- Lead, mentor and manage payroll teams, allocate work, monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct performance reviews and training.
- Handle client escalations and stakeholder management.
- Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8+ years UK Payroll experience.
- 3+ years team management experience.
- Hands-on CIS Payroll expertise.
- Strong knowledge of HMRC, UK Tax, NI, pensions and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll software.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
