Job Description:
- Manage and grow relationships with US staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Build a strong vendor network to support IT staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and vendors to ensure timely submissions.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and vendor agreements.
- Track vendor performance and maintain strong business relationships.
- Support business growth through strategic vendor partnerships.
Pay: ₹15,322.59 - ₹30,583.72 per month
