About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling graphics, infographics, marketing materials, and digital assets for the Ensure Insured Token (EIT) ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual identity by designing engaging content for ICO campaigns, investor communications, social media platforms, community engagement initiatives, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality visual experiences that strengthen our global brand presence.

EnsureInsured is building a blockchain-powered insurance enforcement ecosystem designed to transform insurance verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and policy validation through innovative blockchain technology.
The platform leverages blockchain infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, mobile applications, government dashboards, insurer integrations, and modern API-driven services to create a trusted ecosystem connecting governments, insurers, enforcement agencies, businesses, and citizens.

AI-First Creative Culture

Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media graphics for X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create ICO marketing banners, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and digital branding materials.
- Design investor presentation graphics, pitch deck visuals, brochures, whitepaper graphics, and corporate marketing collateral.
- Develop professional infographics explaining tokenomics, blockchain concepts, platform features, insurance workflows, and ecosystem benefits.
- Create visual assets for blogs, newsletters, press releases, announcements, email campaigns, and website content.
- Produce high-quality AI-generated promotional videos, product demonstrations, explainer videos, advertisements, and cinematic marketing content using platforms such as Google Veo, Gemini, Runway, Kling, or equivalent AI video generation tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop integrated campaigns combining static graphics, motion graphics, and AI-generated video content.
- Design event branding materials for webinars, AMA sessions, conferences, investor presentations, and community events.
- Maintain and evolve the EnsureInsured visual identity across all digital and marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Stay updated with emerging AI creative technologies, graphic design trends, and blockchain industry branding practices.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and creative design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other professional design software.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets for websites, social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Google Veo, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or equivalent technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce professional-quality AI-generated promotional videos, advertisements, short films, and visual storytelling content.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows for image and video generation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and modern design principles.
- Ability to create visually engaging infographics and presentation graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or startup companies.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience designing investor presentations, ICO marketing materials, or product launch campaigns.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
