Manager/AM - HR ( Learning & Development )
Role Overview:
This pivotal role drives the strategic learning and development agenda, shaping the capabilities and growth trajectory of our talent pool. The Manager - HR (L&D) is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing cutting-edge learning programs that align with our business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and employees across all levels, translating organizational needs into impactful learning interventions. Your contributions will directly enhance employee performance, boost engagement, and build a robust talent pipeline, ultimately accelerating business outcomes and reinforcing our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs, leveraging modern instructional design principles to enhance critical skills and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Drive the integration of talent management initiatives, including performance management cycles, career development frameworks, and robust succession planning processes, to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential individuals.
- Partner with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with overarching HR Strategy and Organization Development goals, facilitating change management and cultural transformation efforts that support strategic growth.
- Utilize HR Analytics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all learning interventions, providing data-driven insights to refine programs and inform future strategic decisions.
- Champion Employee Engagement by creating innovative and accessible learning pathways that empower individuals, foster a growth mindset, and contribute to a vibrant, learning-centric organizational culture.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced HR Technology solutions, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to optimize the delivery, tracking, and reporting of all learning activities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing end-to-end learning methodologies, instructional design, and talent management frameworks, including performance management and succession planning.
- Strong analytical acumen with a proven ability to leverage HR Analytics for program evaluation, impact assessment, and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institution is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
