Job Summary:We’re seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles acrossdomains like software development, cloud computing, data science, and cybersecurity. You’ll bethe bridge between hiring managers and top-tier tech talent, ensuring a seamless recruitmentexperience.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and skill
requirements.
- Translate technical needs into clear sourcing strategies.
Talent Sourcing
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster to source candidates.
- Develop Boolean search strings and conduct passive outreach campaigns.
Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams.
- Ensure timely feedback and candidate communication.
Onboarding & Follow-up:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong Experience in Boolean Searches.
