Customer Relationship Officer
Location-Thane
Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate (Preferably Experience )
- Responsible for file preparation which includes filling up loan application forms, scanning of documents, file arrangement, loan eligibility calculation part and handover to Asst Manager for further cross-checking.
- Inform requirements to the clients on email & then follow-up with customer for pending documents (Requirement) in the file and maintaining data of client's pending documents.
- Responsible for sending verification mail to Verification or Valuation agency/Dept. & follow up till correct report comes from the agency/Dept.
- Answering queries of customers on phone as well as face to face and maintain records for the same; Handling walk-in clients confidently by understanding requirement of client and pitching the right product as per requirement. Work for Customer delight.
- Responsible for fresh BT (To existing clients) calling as per data and explaining them about benefits of BT and forward the interested lead to senior. Follow-up with customers of confirm BT cases for documents.
- Keeping track of emails & taking note of existing client's service request. Understanding the request & with the co ordination of Office Assistant (EFS - LIC) sending scan certificates/ statements via email.(Searching for the BT opportunity in the servicing)
- Responsible for mail correspondence
- Any other work assigned by management
Skills & Other Details:
- Good Communication Required (Email / Tele)
- Well Versed with MS Office (Word / Excel)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
