Educational Qualification: B.E Mech, EEE, Diploma Mech, EEE
Job Description / Skill Required: Deep Knowledge of Air compressors application Knowledge in the technical, conceptual and content development Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction & sales potential Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each area.
- Understand business requirements & prepare technical design documentation
- Preparation of Customer report & Pre-sales / Team co-ordination verbal communication in local language and Analysis of market strategy.
- Prepare sales reports weekly / Monthly like customer wise , machine wise , spares wise
- High level of expertise and knowledge in Service Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering). Develop business plan for assigned Product. Develop new Clients & retain existing clients. Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities to improve sales performance Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis. Contact potential customers for new business opportunities. Travelling to visit potential clients Managing and interpreting customer requirements Key Account Management New Business Development Direct Sales and Channel Management Networking and Relation Building High Value contract Negotiation
- Experience in Capital Equipment / compressor sales or Accessories sales
- Strong Communication/ Presentation Skills Good knowledge in industrial market
- Any Engineering product Sales & Service Experience
- Have handled industries like Textiles (Spinning , Weaving) Engineering, Foundry
- Customer Support Knowledge in Working Excel, PPT, Word & Outlook.
- Being able to travel frequently.
- Having excellent problem solving skills.
- Relevant technical knowledge
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
