Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The role focuses on fulfilling manpower requirements within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Understand manpower requirements from HODs.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.
- Conduct reference and background verification.
- Negotiate salary within the approved salary structure.
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
HR Operations (20%)
- Coordinate employee documentation during joining.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Assist in induction and orientation programs.
- Support attendance and leave record coordination.
- Maintain recruitment reports and monthly hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate with payroll and administration for new employee onboarding.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or EPC recruitment is preferred.
