Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and engaging Soft Skills Trainer cum Entertainer to deliver interactive training sessions that enhance communication, personality development, confidence, leadership, teamwork, and workplace etiquette. The ideal candidate should be able to captivate audiences through creative activities, games, role plays, and entertainment-based learning techniques, ensuring an enjoyable and impactful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Conduct training on communication skills, personality development, public speaking, presentation skills, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.
- Use role plays, simulations, quizzes, and interactive exercises to improve learner engagement.
- Entertain and motivate participants while maintaining a professional learning environment.
- Plan and execute cultural activities, talent sessions, employee engagement events, and motivational programs.
- Build participants' confidence through public speaking and stage activities.
- Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, presentations, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Adapt training content based on participant needs and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with academic and management teams to improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and participant evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or corporate training.

Working Conditions
- Monday to Saturday.
- Working Time - 9:30am to 5:30pm
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
