We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in the luxury hospitality segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and representing the brand in the market. The role requires strong communication skills and willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits
- Promote rooms, events, and other hospitality services
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate deals
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
- Participate in sales trips, roadshows, and promotional events
- Maintain CRM updates and generate sales reports
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality sales (preferably luxury segment)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other systems
- Presentable and professional personality
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
