We are a leading manufacturer of plastic household products, PET jars, water bottles, caps, preforms and custom injection moulded products with an in-house tool room.
Responsibilities
- Design plastic products in 3D.
- Develop complete injection mould designs.
- Create core, cavity, sliders, lifters and cooling systems.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings.
- Design hot runner and cold runner moulds.
- Conduct draft and wall thickness analysis.
- Coordinate with tool room and production teams.
- Improve existing moulds to reduce cycle time.
- Support new product development (NPD).
- Troubleshoot mould-related production issues.
- Ensure moulds are suitable for mass production.
Required Skills
- 3–8 years in injection mould design.
- Strong experience in SolidWorks, Creo or Siemens NX.
- Knowledge of injection moulding.
- Understanding of plastic materials (PP, HDPE, PET, ABS, PC).
- Experience in product design and mould development.
- Knowledge of DFM and manufacturing standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
