We're Hiring: Business Development Head
At Baked Moon Studios, we build high-impact visual experiences, brand campaigns, and AI-driven content for forward-thinking brands. We are looking for a Business Development Head to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio.
Strict Requirement: Prior experience in the Advertising, Marketing, Creative or Branding Agency industry is mandatory.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Client Acquisition: Drive end-to-end sales and target high-value brand decision-makers for our creative, branding, and ad-tech services.
Pipeline & Pitching: Lead revenue strategy, tailored client proposals, and close high-ticket agency contracts.
Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term brand relationships and explore co-growth opportunities for the studio.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Business Development leadership within an Advertising / Marketing Agency.
Deep expertise in consultative selling, client pitching, and closing complex agency accounts.
Strong network of brand decision-makers, marketing directors, and business leaders.
High-level negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
