- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure timely resolution of challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
