Job Summary
Ritz Corporation is seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Medical Representative to promote and sell healthcare/medical-related products and services. The role involves meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to build strong relationships, generate prescriptions/orders, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote company offerings
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key stakeholders
- Generate prescriptions/orders and achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits and territory coverage as per plan
- Organize product presentations, awareness sessions, and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply and customer support
Ritz Corporation – Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to present offerings and strengthen relationships
Identify and generate new leads through field activities, references, and market research
Handle all necessary documentation including client onboarding, agreements, and compliance-related forms
Drive deal closures by coordinating with clients, ensuring documentation completion, and securing final approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences / Any Graduate)
- 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Field Sales Executive
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare products
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry
- Established network with doctors/clinics in the assigned area
- Understanding of prescription generation and pharma sales cycle
