Role: Customer Service Executive
We are looking for dynamic travel professionals with hands-on GDS experience who can deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds & rescheduling via Calls, Chats & Emails
- Manage cross-selling and up-selling of travel products
- Handle chargebacks and dispute resolution cases
- Provide accurate fare details and itinerary support using GDS
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
1+ year experience in travel customer service
Experience in cross-sales / up-sales / chargeback handling
Working knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre or similar
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
