We are looking for an experienced OHS Manager for our Telecom projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, risk assessments, safety training, incident investigations, and maintaining safety documentation. The candidate should coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe working environment across telecom sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulations.
- Prepare risk assessments and safety reports.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with OHS/HSE qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred).
- Experience in Telecom safety management.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
