Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and related compliances
- Manage debtors and creditors reconciliation on a regular basis
- Compile and reconcile GST data and returns
- Assist in monthly accounts closing, including:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Supporting schedules and reconciliations
- Basic tax computations and related documentation
- Support daily accounting operations such as:
- Consolidation of receivables
- Invoice processing and payment entries
- Data entry and updates in the accounting system
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants as required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with GST & TDS compliance
- Mandatory knowledge of Tally
- Good understanding of reconciliations and monthly closing activities
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in handling compliance for multiple entities will be an added advantage
