A fast-growing and well-established company engaged in the manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of CNG online/offline Boosters and Dispensers is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead its Human Resources and Administration functions.

Head – Human Resources & Administration
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening the HR function for an organization of approximately 1,000 employees engaged in:
Manufacturing operations
Field service and maintenance activities
Project installation and commissioning
Office and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee engagement.
Oversee performance management, compensation and benefits.
Manage statutory compliance, labour laws and industrial relations.
Drive training and organizational development initiatives.
Build a high-performance culture across production plants and field service teams.
Supervise administration and employee welfare functions.
Support leadership in scaling operations and improving productivity.
Desired Profile:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial equipment, energy, or EPC sectors.
Proven experience in managing a workforce of 800–1,200 employees.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, industrial relations and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
Experience with multi-location operations and service organizations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
