- Conduct comprehensive title searches and verify property documents to ensure clear, marketable titles for land/property acquisitions.
- Sale Deeds and Agreements of Sale.
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA).
- Lease & License Agreements (Commercial/Residential).
- Power of Attorney and MOUs
- Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for RERA filings, project registrations, and quarterly updates. Ensure adherence to local municipal laws and environmental regulations.
- Litigation Management: Manage and strategize on property disputes, consumer court cases, and arbitration. Coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
- Government Liaison: Handle legal clearances and coordinate with government authorities for land conversions (CLU), zoning, and building approvals.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
