About the Role
Radiance Polymers is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with production, stores, logistics partners, and customers. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods.
- Arrange vehicles and communicate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched materials and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and loading of materials.
- Follow company procedures for inventory movement and dispatch.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues with transporters and customers.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Generate dispatch reports and update management on daily dispatch activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or stores operations in a manufacturing company.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong learning ability may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
