We are hiring a UI/UX Web Designer at Hubsyntax who combines refined, editorial-style design with strong technical accuracy. This role suits someone who understands that design must drive performance, speed, and measurable user actions—not just aesthetics.
You will work on high-impact digital products ranging from minimalist brand websites to complex eCommerce platforms. This is a full-time onsite position in Mohali with a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-performance, conversion-focused websites
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs
Develop visually refined layouts aligned with modern luxury and editorial standards
Design eCommerce experiences focused on usability and revenue growth
Optimize design for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
Collaborate closely with developers to maintain pixel-perfect execution
Conduct user research, usability testing, and performance improvements
Maintain consistent design systems and UI guidelines
Analyze user behavior and refine designs based on measurable outcomes
Requirements:
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and UI design
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and conversion strategy
Experience designing eCommerce platforms and complex web systems
Knowledge of responsive design and performance-focused layouts
Ability to work onsite in Mohali during night shift hours
