As we continue to expand our retail presence, we are looking for a dynamic IT Manager who can drive our technology infrastructure and ensure seamless business operations.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager with strong SAP ERP knowledge to manage and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will coordinate with external technology partners, support business users, and ensure all IT systems operate efficiently to support Bontrue’s retail operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP ERP Management (Mandatory)
· Manage day-to-day SAP ERP operations across business functions.
· Coordinate with the SAP implementation and support partner for issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and user support.
· Monitor SAP performance and ensure system availability.
· Work closely with internal departments to understand business requirements and implement ERP improvements.
· Conduct user training and provide functional support for SAP modules.
IT Infrastructure Management
· Oversee and maintain the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
· Ensure uninterrupted IT operations across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouses.
· Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
· Manage IT assets, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
Website & Inventory Management
· Ensure accurate synchronization and real-time inventory updates between SAP and the company website.
· Coordinate with website developers and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve functionality.
· Monitor website performance from an IT operations perspective.
IT Systems & Digital Platforms
· Implement, manage, and optimize business applications such as Wooqer and other operational platforms.
· Evaluate new technologies that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
· Coordinate seamless integration of future IT systems with existing business applications.
AWS & Pritunl Administration
· Coordinate with AWS and Pritunl service providers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
· Monitor cloud infrastructure and VPN connectivity.
· Ensure secure remote access and compliance with organizational IT security standards.
Vendor & Project Management
· Manage relationships with IT vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
· Coordinate technology projects from planning through successful implementation.
· Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.
Information Security & Compliance
· Implement IT security policies and best practices.
· Monitor backups, disaster recovery procedures, antivirus, firewall, and data security.
· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· SAP ERP knowledge and hands-on experience is mandatory.
· 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP management.
· Experience working with retail, furniture, manufacturing, or distribution industries is preferred.
· Good understanding of networking, Windows Server, cloud technologies, AWS, VPN, and IT security.
· Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
· Knowledge of Wooqer or similar business workflow platforms is an added advantage.
