About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR & Administration Manager to lead the organization's human resources and administrative functions. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can drive people processes, ensure smooth administration, manage payroll operations, strengthen performance management systems, and oversee employee learning and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the HR lifecycle and a strong understanding of administrative operations in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Lead and manage all core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and policy implementation.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors, finance teams, and statutory authorities as required.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee databases and HRMIS systems.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's performance management framework.
- Drive annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Support managers in conducting effective performance discussions and managing employee performance.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to leadership.
Administration & Facilities Management
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and workplace operations.
- Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, travel administration, and procurement of office supplies.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
- Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in HR and Administration roles, with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Strong experience in payroll management, performance management systems, and administration.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
