Job Title: Robotics Trainer

Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Job Summary:
The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging robotics education to students through hands-on learning. The role involves teaching robotics concepts, coding, and automation while fostering innovation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct robotics sessions for students across grade levels.
- Teach fundamentals of robotics, electronics, and basic programming (Scratch, Arduino, Python, etc.).
- Guide students in building and programming robots using kits.
- Facilitate project-based learning and innovation challenges.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment methods.
- Organize robotics competitions, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Train students for inter-school and national-level competitions.
- Maintain robotics lab equipment and ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with academic staff to integrate robotics into the curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science) or related field.
- Certification or hands-on experience in Robotics, Arduino, IoT, or embedded systems preferred.
- Prior teaching/training experience with school students is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of robotics, electronics, and programming.
- Hands-on experience with robotics kits and tools.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
1–3 years (Freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
