Join In Campus Education Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network of student recruiters, building strong business relationships, and driving growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with student recruiters, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies.
Identify, onboard, and support new student recruiters to expand Join In Campus's network.
Drive business growth by generating new partnership opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
Represent the company at meetings, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
Conduct regular follow-ups with student recruiters to ensure engagement, collaboration, and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of recruitment activities.
Achieve assigned business development and student recruitment targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, student recruitment, or the education sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities when required.
