- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, React.js.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development, including database integration and API design.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software applications for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
