Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online sales through marketplaces and the company website.
- Create and maintain product listings with accurate details.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and order processing.
- Plan and execute online sales and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and marketing teams.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations and digital marketing.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred
- Experience in the garments or textile industry.
- Knowledge of product catalog management and online merchandising.
