Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage basic accounting functions along with administrative support. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibility Areas
A. Accounting Tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Prepare and maintain invoices and track payments
- Assist in bank reconciliation processes
- Support GST and TDS documentation and compliance
- Track client payments and student fee collections
- Maintain financial records accurately
B. Administrative Tasks
- Manage office coordination and general administration
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books
- Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling both accounts and admin tasks
- Ability to multitask
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
