Job Purpose:
To manage and process guest reservations efficiently while maximizing room revenue, ensuring accuracy in bookings, and delivering excellent guest service aligned with Espire Hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, OTA platforms, and direct channels
- Ensure accurate entry of booking details in PMS (Property Management System)
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams for room availability and rates
- Upsell rooms and promote packages, offers, and add-on services
- Maintain reservation records, reports, and daily pickup data
- Respond to guest queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Manage group bookings, amendments, and cancellations
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies and revenue strategies
- Follow brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all touchpoints
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in reservations/front office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PMS (IDS/Opera preferred) and OTA extranets
- Basic understanding of revenue management concepts
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
