Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, guiding them in selecting the right courses, managing the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets while ensuring an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, walk-in inquiries, and online enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance conversion and retention.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Student Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Telesales.
- Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets is preferred.
