Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and organizational policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies and maintain manpower planning.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals and recruitment agencies.
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle labour inspections and maintain statutory registers.
- Coordinate audits and compliance documentation.
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee grievances professionally.
- Implement disciplinary procedures when required.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate KPIs and KRAs across departments.
- Monitor employee productivity and development plans.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Organize technical and behavioural training programs.
- Track employee skill development.
HR Policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies.
- Regularly update policies as per legal requirements.
HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
- Analyze attrition, recruitment, attendance, and manpower reports.
- Present HR metrics to management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/industrial experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Forging, Automobile, Engineering, Healthcare, or Corporate sectors.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and HR audits will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
