About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the strategic growth of our industry-relevant training and internship programs. At EDXcellence, we bridge the gap between academia and industry for undergraduate students. In this role, you won’t just be generating enrollments; you will be directly empowering students with the practical skills required to launch competitive careers.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our reach across colleges, building strong student communities, and creating meaningful partnerships that help learners gain industry-relevant skills and improve their employability.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Partnerships & B2B Sales
Pitch, negotiate, and build relationships with college managements, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and Heads of Departments (HODs) to facilitate student enrollments, workshops, and institutional collaborations.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Proactively identify, engage, and convert undergraduate students and student groups into active learners through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Digital Outreach & Community Building
Design and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms to build an active and engaged student community.
Student Counseling & Career Advisory
Act as a trusted career guide. Conduct discussions with students to demonstrate how our hands-on programs in AI, Full-Stack Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science, VLSI, and other domains can strengthen their resumes and employability.
Performance Management
Manage your sales pipeline metrics and consistently work towards achieving the monthly enrollment target of 40 successful enrollments.

A sharp interest in the EdTech ecosystem and a fundamental understanding of why skills like AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and VLSI are vital in today's job market.

Monthly Stipend
Earn a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month upon achieving the monthly target of 40 student enrollments.
Performance-Based Payout
If the monthly target is not achieved, the stipend will be calculated and provided based on the candidate's performance and the number of successful enrollments generated.
