Urgent opening for the position of Hr Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks) and craft engaging outreach emails to attract passive talent. [1, 2]
- Job Postings: Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and write or update accurate job descriptions. [1, 2]
- Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications; conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. [1, 2]
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, arrange logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels. [1, 2]
- Candidate Offers: Facilitate the offer procedure, prepare and send offer letters, and negotiate compensation and benefits packages. [1, 2]
- System Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). [1, 2]
- Onboarding: Assist with new-hire orientation and ensure a seamless transition for newly employed staff. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and resume databases.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organization: The ability to juggle multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
