Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Analyst for the Metal Section to perform testing and analysis of metal and construction materials in accordance with applicable standards and QA/QC procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and metallurgical testing of metal samples and construction materials.
- Perform tests such as tensile strength, hardness, impact, bend, and related material testing.
- Prepare, handle, and maintain test samples for laboratory analysis.
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
- Record observations and prepare accurate test reports.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support inspection and testing activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in metal/material testing laboratory.
- Knowledge of material testing standards and QA/QC procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge with good documentation skills.
