Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Amazon Ads Expert with hands-on experience in managing marketplace advertising and product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other quick commerce/marketplace channels. The candidate should have strong expertise in marketplace growth, ad optimization, listing management, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end product listing operations across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
● Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with proper SEO, keywords, titles, descriptions, and attributes
● Handle marketplace ads including:
○ Amazon Ads
○ Flipkart Ads
○ Blinkit Ads
○ Other marketplace/quick commerce ad platforms
● Plan and execute advertising campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and sales performance
● Monitor daily ad spends, campaign performance, ACOS/ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
● Develop and manage A+ Content and brand storefronts
● Coordinate and support brand registration processes on marketplaces
● Handle inventory management and stock coordination to avoid OOS situations
● Analyze marketplace insights, competitor activities, and sales trends
● Work closely with design and content teams for banners, creatives, and catalog optimization
● Generate regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace and ads management
● Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console
● Experience with Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Seller Panel, and other marketplace platforms
● Expertise in:
○ Listing Management
○ Marketplace SEO
○ A+ Content
○ Inventory Management
○ Brand Registry
○ Campaign Optimization
● Good understanding of PPC campaigns, keyword research, and bidding strategies
● Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/reporting tools
● Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in handling multiple marketplace accounts/categories
● Knowledge of quick commerce ecosystem and D2C brands
● Certification in Amazon Ads is a plus
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
