Key Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, training programs, and academic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- NTT, Montessori, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.
