Job Description
Applicants will be responsible for carrying out certain specialized tasks as part of their job like; recovering data from hard drives (damaged or erased), analyze artifacts for evidence acquisition. And trace the hacks or evaluate the malware effects on an information system.
Other Duties
- Seize equipment of committing crime, into custody, including: flash drives, computers, external storage media, backup tapes, digital cameras, smartphone, CD/DVDs, etc.
- Operating imaging software on devices and equipments to copy disks & data.
- Searching and restoring deleted / unavailable data with recovery programs.
- Preserving a chain of custody for the evidences.
- Producing reports and documentation of investigative procedures.
- Providing testification in the court of law.
