Senior Member Technical –Full Stack .NET Engineer – Bengaluru - Hybrid

BU (Business Unit) – Wealth management firms rely on our solutions to optimize critical operations and enable advisors to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Our wealth industry solutions seamlessly connect all parts of our clients’ business—across the entire wealth management lifecycle including front-, middle-, and back-office solutions including trading and portfolio management to marketing and multi-channel communications—to optimize advisor productivity, client experience, and operations.
Broadridge is looking for a creative, growth-oriented professional to join our team for the Advisor Compensation family of products within Broadridge.
We provide front-/middle-/back-office solutions & services for Wealth-Management companies in the US and Canada including the top-tier investment banks.
BRACS technology is based on cloud-ready architecture. Most business applications are implemented as web apps built in Angular / .Net. Backend processing is implemented in SQL Server and Python.
Some of the clients are running in AWS (ECS/EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Step Functions), while the others are hosted in a data center.
To provide custom solutions to large enterprise financial firms (e.g. Morgan Stanley, Allstate Insurance, Guardian Insurance, PNC Bank, etc.), BRACS utilizes a proprietary low-code application development platform allowing us to tailor the user experience to client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by implementing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) for products / scalable applications

Work with the product owners / business teams to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery

Provide quick turnaround to business requirements and management requests

Take ownership of technical delivery against project timelines and requirements
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge and hands on experience in .NET Technologies like .NET Core, Entity Framework/Dapper & C# in latest versions.

Experience in building micro services with .NET Core

Good expertise of relational databases like: SQLSERVER /PostGres SQL

Person should have worked in Agile Environment

Strong expertise in Angular/ReactJS or Playwright UI frameworks.

Good to have expertise in AWS Services like StepFunctions, Lambda, API Gateway,S3
Nice to have:

Exposure using GIT, TeamCity, Jenkins builds, Dockers
