Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain the Director's calendar,scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
efficiently.
● Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
● Draft, review, and organize emails, MOM's, reports, and presentations as per directives
● Liaise between departments,clients, vendors, and senior leadership for smooth work flow.
● Handle confidential informationwith professionalism and discretion.
● Oversee travel bookings, visa processes, accommodation, and logistical support for the leadership team. ●
Followup on delegation and ensureworkers get the given deadline.
● Support in exhibitions, and meetings.
Must-Haves:
● Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and digitalscheduling tools
● Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
● Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
● Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage confidential matters tactfully.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
