About MACLEC
MACLEC is a technology-driven renewable-energy company that has pioneered and commercialised Surface Hydrokinetic Turbine (SHKT) Technology in India. The technology has received recognition/recommendation from leading Government institutions including CEA and MNRE, and MACLEC currently has 20+ MW of renewable-energy projects under development/execution, with a rapidly expanding project pipeline across India.
We are looking for an experienced renewable-energy professional capable of taking projects from concept and Government approvals to PPA, execution and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Renewable Energy Projects, particularly Wind, Small Hydro / Hydrokinetic and allied RE projects.
- Project identification, site assessment, feasibility coordination and project development.
- Preparation and processing of DPRs, proposals, tenders, bids, EOI/RFP/RFQ and techno-commercial documentation.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in PPA finalisation, tariff matters, connectivity, open access and statutory approvals.
- Liaison with State/Central Government Departments, DISCOMs, STUs, PSUs, Renewable Energy Agencies and Regulatory Authorities.
- Land/site-related groundwork, permissions, NOCs, ROW and project-specific clearances.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, contractual milestones and execution risks.
- Drive projects from zero stage to successful commissioning and commercial operation (COD).
Ideal Candidate
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Renewable Energy; MBA/PG qualification will be an advantage.
- 10–12+ years of relevant experience in renewable-energy project development/execution.
- Strong preference for candidates with proven experience in Wind and/or Small Hydro Power Projects.
- Practical exposure to Government liaisoning, tendering, PPAs, regulatory documentation and project execution.
- Must be comfortable with frequent project-site and Government-office travel across India.
- Should be a hands-on project leader capable of independently driving multiple projects.

Pay: ₹60,793.54 - ₹315,850.11 per month
