Amazon's Last Mile ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery network. The Business Analyst will be responsible for converting complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, analyze, and model operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across Last Mile delivery operations
Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards (QuickSight/Tableau) to track key performance indicators including CPS, FDPS, DNR Concessions, DOT, and Customer Rescue metrics
Support Network Reviews by developing input/output metric frameworks and highlighting areas of concern or opportunity
Partner with Program Managers and Operations teams to quantify impact of improvement projects and track benefit realization
Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational defects (bad scans, concessions, delivery failures) to support defect elimination programs
Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations that drive decision-making at station, zone, and network levels
Develop automated reporting mechanisms to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility
Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders through well-structured narratives and documents
Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory analyses for cross-functional teams
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of all reporting outputs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (business analysis, data analysis, or equivalent)
3.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
4.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros)

- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
