Required Skills & Experience – Construction Manager
- Minimum 12–20+ years of experience in construction of infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial building projects with reputed contractor companies.
- Proven experience in managing projects from planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion within budget and timelines.
- Strong site management skills, including manpower planning, labor control, material management, quality assurance, and resource optimization.
- Thorough knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, flooring, wall cladding, façade, granite, marble, glazing, and various waterproofing systems.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure works such as PEB structures, sewage systems, retaining walls, water tanks, roads, drains, culverts, windmills, and paver block works.
- Ability to study and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, tender documents, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience in work planning, task allocation, and monitoring the progress of site teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Strong capability to identify project risks, resolve site issues, and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and presenting project status to management.
- Knowledge of project billing, planning, site execution, and cost control.
- Practical experience in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and supervising various shuttering systems such as Mivan, Nova, steel, and conventional plywood formwork.
- Familiarity with soil investigations, including SPT, laboratory soil testing, pile foundation works, under-reamed piles, and pile testing.
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills for managing labor contractors, site engineers, vendors, and clients.
- Sound understanding of construction safety standards, statutory compliance, and quality management systems.
- Ability to deliver projects economically while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
