Job description:
We are seeking a professional and communication-focused CRM Executive (Domestic) to manage customer coordination, follow-ups, and backend sales support operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and confident in handling customer interactions while ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Conduct follow-ups with customers after receiving orders from dealers
- Maintain accurate customer records in FMS
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams
- Assist in order tracking and provide timely status updates
- Handle basic documentation and reporting
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email handling, MS Office)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini for improving productivity, communication, and documentation
- Good mental math skills for quick calculations involving quantities, discounts, percentages, and order values
- Good command of English grammar and business communication
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records in CRM/FMS systems
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or CRM is preferred
