Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and customer service activities
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives
- Manage store staff, schedules, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits
- Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations
- Coordinate with corporate teams for operations, promotions, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and security procedures
- Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and operational MIS
- Maintain a premium customer experience and brand standards
Skills Required:
- Strong retail operations and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Sales planning and target achievement expertise
- Inventory management and operational control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in retail operations
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, lifestyle brands, premium fashion, or high-value retail environments
- Knowledge of inventory systems, POS software, and retail KPIs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
