Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
- Generate consistent sales orders (not just leads)
- Build strong relationships with retailers and partners
- Identify new market opportunities and expand reach
- Handle negotiations, closures, and follow-ups independently
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Age: 25+
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely with full accountability
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
Priority Selection: Candidates with prior experience in the backpack/luggage industry will be shortlisted and hired faster. No learning curve excuses—we expect you to hit the ground running.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Travel Expenses
